Sony Apologizes About His collapse PSN

Sony deliver an apology to usersthroughout the the world for the disruption and hacker attacks that hit the PlayStation Network ( PSN) 19 in April .

The apology was delivered simultaneously with the announcement of the reopening of the PSN service. PlayStation business unit CEO Kazuo Hirai and Sony's other two senior executives seemed bowed their heads as a sign of an apology, during a press conference at Sony headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

"We apologize as much as possible for the inconvenience and disruption experienced by our users," said Hirai.

Last week, PSN hackers successfully hacked. As a result of this attack, the personal data of about 77 million users of any leak. Through its official blog, Sony then announced it was forced to close due to threats from outside of PSN.

Reported by CBR Security on Monday (02/05/2011), to regain consumer confidence, Sony then offer service package called 'Welcome Back', which offers the service and download free for 30 days for users worldwide.

On this occasion, Hirai also denied the company had been deliberately delaying the disclose information about the burglary. He says, Sony should temporarily turn off PSN to prevent more severe damage, ensuring the origin of disturbances and problems.
