U.S. Trade Representative's office also released an open invitation to a dozen countries in that list of countries with copyright piracy so that they would work together to address these American interests.
"Special Report 301 on this year to call our partners to participate. We have been working intensively with you to stop the theft of intellectual property are threatening jobs in America and in other countries," said U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirn in his written report .
